Frank Buckley – Managing Partner

Frank is a 20-year veteran in Los Angeles real estate.  He co-founded  Urban Development Partners for the express purpose of acquiring distress SFR – 4u residential real estate. Mr. Buckley is a former Partner at Apollo Realty Advisors, L.P. – a leading international real estate fund manager which has invested over $9 billion in more than 465 transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $40 billion. Prior to joining Apollo he was Managing Director and a senior shareholder of Ramsey-Shilling Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., the dominant boutique player in the greater Hollywood submarket.  Mr. Buckley is a licensed real estate Broker in the State of California.

Fred Shaffer- Partner

Fred Shaffer has over 25 years of experience in real estate and finance.  For the last 2 years, Fred  has been investing in distressed single family homes in Los Angeles aquiring properties with a resale value of $17 million.  Starting in 1197, Mr. Shaffer founded and was CEO of GTO Companies, a Los Angeles-based real estate developement, construction and property management company.  GTO specialized in the development of infill residential condominiums and suburban tract homes, developing over 400 units in a dozen projects with a completed market value of $300 million.  Fred has broad experience in all aspects for real estate investment and developement, including acquisition, debt and equity financing, design, entitlement, construction, property management and marketing property for sale or rent.

Gil Valadez-

Beth Silverman – Controller As a graduate of UCLA in Economics,  Ms. Silverman has had a long and successful career in corporate finance.  Her past experience includes Regional Financial Controller for Citicorp Real Estate, Manager of Finance for Colony Capital, and  Regional Controller for Westfield Malls.
