Current Open Positions:

RE Listing Agents* – Aggressive CA Licensed RE Agents who are willing to work hard to make six figure income, minimum 1 year experience, ability to manage 4-5 listings at a time, bi-lingual English/Spanish.

RE Sourcing Agents* – Licensed RE Agents to source and identify properties for purchase. Strong knowledge of your local area; Working knowledge of: Short Sale process, Probate, Trustee Sales; ability to generate BPOs and market research.

*We fully cooperate with agents working with other firms and brokerages and pay market rate commissions on all deals.

Escrow Manager – CA licensed Escrow Officer to manage our in-house escrow division. 5+ years of experience with management responsibilities. You will be in charge of compliance and escrow operations.

Construction Project Manager – CA Contractors License, 5+ years of construction experience in high volume residential construction. Ability to recruit trades and oversee multiple construction projects.

Property Manager – 5+ years of property management experience, strong knowledge of Section 8; LA Rent Control and REAP programs.
